*The first payment will be drafted immediately. In subsequent months, your card will be charged on or around the 5th day of the month and will continue until otherwise requested, or until the expiration date of the provided card. Once drafted, monthly payments are nonrefundable. It is understood and agreed that by entering your name on the signature line, it will be recorded as an electronic signature and will be equivalent to a handwritten signature.
